They are very gentle, with your level of participation being what you are comfortable with.

There is the opportunity to participate at the beginning and end of the session (if you wish), and during the Guided Activation you will have your eyes closed and be simply following Lisa’s instructions.

If you have not experienced Sanctuary before you are invited to subscribe and receive your first month FREE.

We will have a general discussion at the beginning and end of the guided activation and you are welcome to ask questions then to assist your understanding of the activation process and your experience of it.

Each session is recorded and you will be able to download a MP4 recording of the session until the end of that month. 

The calls are intended for your own personal use.  You may listen to the recordings with other members of your immediate family living in your same household.  Recordings are not intended to be shared with friends, on blogs, podcasts, at workshops, other live events or similar forms of distribution.  If you wish to share it beyond your own personal use please contact us and we will explore if this is possible.  All material is copyrighted.

The card you used to make your first purchase will automatically be billed monthly on the same day of the month you first made your purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.  Your cancellation will be processed immediately, and you will not be billed for the following month.  You will be able to attend the current month’s session and access the recording.
